Downloading to a computer or phone

1. Sign in to the account that generated the video and open My Videos.
2. Wait until the task is complete. Preview the result with sound.
3. Use Download on the completed video to save the MP4.
4. On a phone, check the browser’s Downloads or Files folder. If your device supports it, open the downloaded file and use the share menu to save it to Photos. Saving to the camera roll is a device/browser step, not an automatic promise of the generator.

If a download fails

Confirm that you are signed in to the owning account and that generation has finished. If your browser blocks the download, check its download permissions and try again from My Videos. Contact support with the task ID if the completed file remains unavailable; do not generate a second paid video just to retry a download.
