Accepting These Terms

By using Nicole Kidman Dance AI ("the service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What the Service Does

The service turns a photo you upload into an AI-generated dance video of a fixed choreography inspired by the TikTok trend around the song "Nicole Kidman" by ADÉLA.

No affiliation. The service is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ADÉLA, her label or distributors, or Nicole Kidman. "Nicole Kidman" is a song title; the routine is fan-made.

Music. Videos ship with the reference clip's original audio track restored. We claim no rights to the song; rights holders may request removal, and we will comply promptly.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Own your inputs. Upload only photos of yourself, or of adults who have explicitly agreed. You must have the rights to every photo you upload.
  2. No impersonation. Don't use the service to depict real people (celebrities or otherwise) without their consent, and don't present AI videos as authentic footage.
  3. Label AI content. Enable the AI-generated content label when the platform you post on requires it.
  4. No minors. Don't upload photos of children.
  5. Lawful use only.

Acceptable Use

All uploads and generated content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In summary, the following is strictly prohibited: sexual/NSFW content, violent or gory content, hate speech, copyright or trademark infringement, impersonation of real people, and any depiction of minors.

Every generation request passes an automated content-safety scan before rendering, and uploaded photos go through the provider's approval step. Violations result in content rejection, credit forfeiture, or account suspension and permanent ban, as detailed in the policy. Reports are acknowledged within 24 hours and handled within 72 hours via the in-app support form.

Credits, Payment, and Refunds

  • Videos are paid with credits: 1 credit = 1 finished video. Credits are bought as one-time packs and never expire.
  • Failed renders are never charged: if generation fails, the credit is refunded to your balance automatically.
  • Purchased credits are otherwise non-refundable once a video has been successfully generated; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
  • Prices are set on the pricing page and may change; changes don't affect packs you already bought.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the photo you upload. Subject to these Terms, you may use and post the videos you generate. We may display sample videos generated by the service for demonstration, labeled as AI-generated. The service's own name, design, and code remain ours.

Availability and Changes

The service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent payments, or violate these Terms.
