Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies every time you use Nicole Kidman Dance AI, including uploaded photos, scene descriptions, custom prompts, and generated videos. It works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Content

You must not upload, describe, or attempt to generate any of the following:

1. Sexual / NSFW content — nudity, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive depictions of anyone, adult or minor.
2. Violent or gory content — graphic violence, serious injury, torture, or death.
3. Hate speech — content that attacks, demeans, or promotes discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
4. Copyright / trademark infringement — uploading protected works you do not own, generating content that reproduces copyrighted characters, logos, or brand assets, or misusing trademarks.
5. Impersonation of real people — depicting identifiable real persons (celebrities or private individuals) without their consent, or presenting AI videos as authentic footage.
6. Minors — uploading photos of children or generating depictions of minors in any context.

Content Review Mechanisms

We enforce this policy at multiple points:

• Pre-generation prompt scanning. Every generation request passes an automated content-safety scan before any video is produced. Requests that fail are declined and nothing is charged.
• Input material review. Uploaded portrait photos go through the generation provider's approval step before a video render starts.
• Post-generation review. We may review generated outputs and take action on policy violations.
• Human review. Reports from users are reviewed by a human moderator.

Enforcement

Violations are handled proportionally to severity:

There is no refund for credits forfeited due to policy violations.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this policy:

• In-app report form: use the support widget on any page, or the Support Tickets page in your account dashboard. Please include the video or task link if available.
• Response commitments: we acknowledge reports within 24 hours and complete review and enforcement within 72 hours.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect new regulations or platform requirements; material changes are announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
