This Privacy Policy explains what Nicole Kidman Dance AI ("we", "the service") collects and how we use it. The service generates dance videos from photos you upload.

Information We Collect

  1. Account Information — Your email address and password (stored only as a hash) when you create an account.
  2. Photos You Upload — The photo you submit to generate a dance video, plus the generated video itself.
  3. Usage Data — Which templates you use, credits spent, and task history, so we can show you "My Videos" and bill correctly.
  4. Cookies — Small files that keep you signed in and remember your language and theme preferences.
  5. Payment Information — Handled entirely by our payment processors (e.g. Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.

How We Use Your Photos

  • Your photo is used only to render the video you requested. It is sent to the AI video provider configured for generation and is not used to train any model, not shared with other users, and not resold.
  • Generated videos are visible only to you in your account, until you download and post them yourself.
  • If you want your photo and videos deleted, contact us and we will remove them from storage.

AI-Generated Content

Every video produced by the service is AI-generated. Samples on this site are also AI-generated and depict fictional people. You are responsible for labeling AI content when posting on platforms that require it (TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube all provide a built-in toggle).

Music Licensing

Videos are delivered with the original audio track from the reference clip restored. We do not claim any rights to the song "Nicole Kidman" by ADÉLA. If you are a rights holder and object to content on this service, contact us and we will remove it.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • AI and storage providers strictly needed to render and host your videos.
  • Payment processors to complete your purchases.
  • Authorities, where required by law.

Data Security

We encrypt secrets at rest, hash sensitive credentials, and restrict access to personal data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data. Upload photos only of yourself or of adults who have consented.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
